For Did My Grandfather Kill My Grandfather?, the set featured a raised deck framed with precisely angled 2x6 lumber and topped with 1x6 planks to resemble an aged West Virginia farmhouse deck. Six flown wall units served as projection surfaces and were lowered nightly for repertory changeovers. The floating windows and upstage walls combined 2x6 lumber with lauan strips to create traditional house siding, while the surrounding artificial turf , and a fence were installed and removed during each changeover. Out of sight from the audience, there is a rear platform that sandwiches the main wall unit between the two decks.
